I really liked the clean and comfortable rooms, the warm hospitality of the staff, and the homely atmosphere. The location was convenient, and the facilities like WiFi, housekeeping, and security made the stay hassle-free. It felt like a perfect balance of comfort and value.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything in particular that I disliked about my stay at Lime Tree Hotels. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and well-managed, which made it difficult to point out any negatives. However, as with any property, there’s always room for small improvements that can make a good experience even better.

The property was very clean and well maintained by Mr. Anurag. He was a good host. He made sure if we needed anything, he provided us with the same. We checked out 2 days before to our booking ending dates, he is also accomodating those days in our next booking sometime after Holi in March. The pictures shown were exactly same as the property. There were no safety concerns as well as he was available everytime at the property. Thanks for the good hospitality and stay.

Over all I liked everything about the place the people. Everything is well maintained and we'll organised. Mostly the staff Mr Anurag and other one Mr Karan both of the are super supportive and helpfully for each and everything. I stayed almost a month here and it was a great stay thanks limetree and special thanks to the staff

We had an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly, and the hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. A special mention to Manager Anurag, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was pleasant. His professionalism, courteous nature, and willingness to assist with any request truly stood out. It’s rare to find such dedicated service, and we truly appreciate his efforts. The overall ambiance of the hotel was great, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

Not happy. In fact not gonna show up again. Wastage of money and time.

The room is in terrible condition. Service was poor. Nothing was available like tissue paper, water bottle, towel, soap etc.. on top of that, One of their staff member was demanding extra money. They didn’t provide blanket. Pathetic experience.

First Knight the room was not clean and had spell . Wash room taps were not working properly. Second day room was good b

It was a comfortable and very good stay Staff was really good. Mr Anurag was very helpful and always available for helpAlso I would like to mention he stayed back late just to make sure our check in should be convenient as it at midnight.

Apartment size is good enough for 3 -4 adult and kitchen as well as the staff behaviour is very cooperative the place is much recommended for party's and stayAnurag was very kind enough towards our stay overall nice person

Furnitue, linen, bedding and some fixtures were duety or broken.Stray dog roamingHad to ask for things that were expected like separate towel for each guest, included breakfast , tea either breakfast, fixing tv that did not work.The phone number given on booking did not respond to messages or call. Turns out it is not the number for the actual person on the property

They cancelled ON THE DAY WE ARRIVED, claiming they did not have any free room. Offered us accommodation miles from the hospital where one of us, a stage three cancer patient, was due to have treatment. They even told us they would give us a better price that Booking.com if we paid them directly and did not to let Booking.com know. They lure people by using Booking.com's advertising, then call the guests directly and offer them a better deal.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Lime tree. The appartment was very well maintained. Clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and the staff in the building was prompt to help. Definitely recommendable! I will surely visit again I hope the cleanliness level can be maintained even after some time.

It was very pleasant stay with luxurious property with luxury amenities along with fully equipped kitchen and it's near the medanta hospital. Nice location and the staff was very helpful to assist, will definitely recommend to everyone.
